The AccuServe team (Rahul, Josh, James) were exceptional. Our furnace blew on a day that was -15C. Someone from AccuServe came in that night to assess, gave us both option of repair and replace. We decided to replace because the unit was 15 years old and not worth the cost to repair.
The accuserve team ordered the new furnace and within a day and half, they were in our house first thing in the morning starting the work. In addition to replacing the furnace, they fixed a number of small problems with the existing duct and drainage set-up. They were also unbelievable careful and clean.
They helped us figure out financing quickly as well. Overall exceptional service and quality of work. I hope we don't have to call them again for years to come(!), but if we do I won't hesitate.
