Vito conducted the home inspection for a house that we had conditionally purchased. We found Vito's work to be very thorough and it gave us the confidence that we needed to move forward. He gave us advice on immediate concerns and what we should be keeping an eye on. The moisture testing and thermal imaging gave helped us learn more about the construction of the house and the areas that could be improved. Overall it was an excellent experience and well worth it!
