Had Vito do a pre-purchase insepction for me. Vito was prompt and professional and did the small things like wear indoor slippers in the house.
He was thorough and took his time to go through the house in detail and answered any questions or concerns I had. He had all the professional equipment including the thermal imaging scanner.
