Vince came over to my house and installed my TV and surround system into my new cabinet. It was all a mess until Vince rewired everything and balances the surround sound to fit the room. Now it sounds better than ever.

As owners of some excellent components and the new Harmony 900, we were frurstrated by many system conflicts and poor performance. In a few hours Vince got the bottom of our component problems- turned out they all worked but suffered basic set up errors by the previous so-called install experts from well known "independent specialist stores". Now our entire system works beautifully, and simply through the Harmony 900 RF Remote.
Vince has revealed qualtiy in our system that we never knew was there. His work was excellent and his price was fair. We will definitely engage Vince for additional work and further improvements.

Vince came to help me set up my HD cable box properly. He's very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely refer his services to anyone needing audio/visual help, and I will likely use his services again.

i called the audioguy for some consultation, i told him what i was looking for in sound and quality, i asked him for his thoughts on equipment and gave him a budget to work with, and to my suprise, he delivered a sound that was, well music to my ears. Vince was very knowledgeable in the equipment that was purchased, and my wife and i were extremely happy with the end product. I would certainly recommend him to family and friends. I love this guy. He is passionate about his field of work. Vince takes his time to troubleshoot and patiently works until he gets results. I would not think of using anyone else for my family's audio/video requirements

Vince did a very good job setting up my Smart TV and a 7.1 in-wall surround sound system.
Everything (including dimming lighting) is operational from a single programmable remote control, which is very convenient.
His price was reasonable. He is very responsive and reliable professional

Vince did a great job, but even better, he saved me money. Vince has a great deal of product knowledge and guided me through different options with respect to amplifiers, speaker systems, and better remotes to control everything with ease. Vince even showed up at my house (to quote the job) and came with speaker samples (which I bought directly from Vince - at a great price) and recommended amplifiers that would meet my needs "for today" but also pointed out product lines that would better satisfy my needs for years to come. I then went to the Audio Empire to purchase an amplifier and, while there, handed my cell phone to the owner so that he could talk with Vince on my behalf (regarding my two zone / Indoor + outdoor requirements). Turns out the owner there knows Vince and then told me that theaudioguy was the ideal person to handle my requirements. It's always comforting to hear unsolicited third party references, which is why I am writing this review. During the install, I had to leave for a few hours and returned to a perfectly patched wall, clean floors, and sweet sweet sounding home entertainment system. Vince event returned the next day (a Sunday), with a couple of CD's he had made for my listening enjoyment, and to make sure that I was comfortable controlling the new system (via a new intelligent and programmable universal remote). Thanks Vince...you did a great job and treated the installation as though you were installing it in to your own home.
