Omg, I cannot say enough good things about this family owned company. Franko was always available by phone when I called with any questions. On our moving day, they were 15 minutes early! When does that ever happen! The whole crew was very friends and respectful of us and our property. Mario's crew moved us in at the other end and we had the same great service. They set up our beds and before they left, they made sure that every piece of furniture was where we wanted it. Thanks so much you guys! We were a bit nervous about our move, but because of you, it went so smoothly!

After renovating a washroom to include laundry, we had to move our washer and dryer from the main to the second floor. We managed to move the dryer ourselves, but the washer was too heavy. Called a few companies and Aleks Moving not only gave me the most competitive price, they also agreed to move it the next day. They showed up on time and moved the really heavy washer like it was nothing on curved, open-riser stairs to the second floor, which we just had refinished. Competitive price, fast service, friendly, without any damage (what more can you ask for). Highly recommend them for any moving needs.

I hired Franko and his team to move a few pieces of furniture for me which were too large/heavy/complicated for my friends and I to move ourselves: a large desk, large bookcase, a treadmill, and two giant dressers.
All other companies I contacted quoted me at least $100 more due to their rules about three or 4 hour minimums and surcharges for moving treadmills. Franko came to the house and assessed the furniture and the difficulty, and quoted me a flat rate.
I was impressed with how quickly he was able to get the treadmill out of the room without taking it apart. They were efficient with moving all of the furniture and took care to wrap the furniture.
Im hoping that i wont be moving again any time soon, but if i do, would definitely hire them again.

I had an extremely heavy filing cabinet that needed two men to lift onto a dolly, and take up to my office from my car in the parking lot. It was a small job that could be done in less than 10 minutes, but one that definitely required professional help.
I called a number of different movers and everyone I spoke to charged a minimum of two-three hours, and the rates they quoted were “through the roof”. If I went with any of them, I would have had to pay more money for the job than I paid for the cabinet itself. Only one man gave me a quote based on the job, but he was sick and didn’t know when he could come. In desperation I called one more company - Aleks Moving.
The man from Aleks Moving matched the price that I got from the previous company and since it was a small job, he was able to come within half an hour. Two men arrived when they said they would, and carefully took my very heavy cabinet up to my office. Done in 5 minutes, with big smiles and a competitive price!
I would recommend this company to anyone who values dealing with people who are extremely pleasant, have a strong work ethic, and give good comparative value for your hard-earned money.
I will definitely use them again. They arrived in a large moving truck, so they are obviously a serious moving company who do big jobs as well.

I highly recommend Aleks moving as they moved us from Mississauga to a storage facility in Kitchener and then to our home in Baden. They did exactly what they said they would do, on time and exactly the price they said it would be. They are all a family and treated us like one of their own, very courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. It was raining but you wouldn't have known it by the way the house was left when they finished. I referred them to my real estate agent so he could tell his clients. You will have no worries if you deal with Aleks moving.

This was mine and my husbands first time using a moving company, so we didn't know what to expect.

We both were very pleased with the first consultation when Franco came to our apartment. A quote was provided up front and stated that this was a flat fee. I had contacted 5 different moving companies to which all said they charged by the hour.

On the day of the move we were astounded that 6 guys showed up and were able to move out our items within an hour.

When all of our items were moved into our new place Franco was strict with the workers making sure that they did not just hand our items to us instead took direction from us on where everything went.

One thing I would have preffered would have been to have more mats laid down as to prevent water and dirt being trecked through the place.

Apart from that we both were really pleased with the service we recieved and will recommend Aleks moving to our friends and family.
