This was mine and my husbands first time using a moving company, so we didn't know what to expect. We both were very pleased with the first consultation when Franco came to our apartment. A quote was provided up front and stated that this was a flat fee. I had contacted 5 different moving companies to which all said they charged by the hour. On the day of the move we were astounded that 6 guys showed up and were able to move out our items within an hour. When all of our items were moved into our new place Franco was strict with the workers making sure that they did not just hand our items to us instead took direction from us on where everything went. One thing I would have preffered would have been to have more mats laid down as to prevent water and dirt being trecked through the place. Apart from that we both were really pleased with the service we recieved and will recommend Aleks moving to our friends and family. Thank you.
