Smc Fences

We have done backyard and fences in May 2016, some of the fences were not done properly, the woods were cooked, and they are visibly to my neighbours, I can clearly see what my both neighbours are doing in their backyards and they can see me as well. There is no privacy. Privacy is our major consideration when installing the fences, and we were told the pattern we choose is 100% privacy protected, otherwise, we would have to go for a cheaper options.

I called Sargoon @SMC several times in the past weeks, and no answers, I was unable to leave voicemail, cause the mailbox is always full and he does not return my calls, I am sure he know I called from the call display and hope to get an answer back from SMC.

Sargoon, good job done. Both backyard landscaping & Fence projects are completed on time and as expected. My backyard looks good and has no problem or issues regard to water drainage.

DO NOT use SMC for your fences or landscaping, I have both done with them, they have not completed the job and ask us to pay, they promised to come to finished the remaining work the next day after been paid, never show up, I kept calling them, several times a day, no answer, and was unable to leave message, voicemail always full, never return calls, even if Sargoon, the contractor, picked up the call by accident, and promised to complete them next day, waited whole day, never showed up, the landscape was done violating the City of Brampton standard, which causing water problem, and grading issue, water drain back to basement, I was ticked by the city, call SMC to fix the problem, again, ignoring me calls. Fences was done poorly, had several big gaps between woods, no privacy, and fences was too low, touch the grass, or even covered by grass and soil, Totally dissaster and nightmare........

I don't want anyone to go through the same things I did, I would not recommend it to anyone.
