Being the only Tesla certified charger installer in the area, I was afraid that since I didn't have a choice that I'd be stuck with a company that only did it half fast. I was wrong. Not only was the installation professional but they took the time to ensure that there were as little damage done to my finished basement.
Ahead of time they mentioned that there may be damage/holes but they were resourceful and were able to pull the line using the holes from the pot lights instead. They did have 1 big hole but it was unavoidable and they were able to cover it to make it look nice in the end.
They quoted me something very high at first and it went down because I opted to remove an item and then when the time came to pay, it was even cheaper than the second quote they gave me. I'm very happy with the work Kraun has done and will use them again
