Never on time. No explanation of procedure. No explanation of what to do or not do. No progress in over a year. Now I am infested. Stingy on using gel or bait traps. Refused to do infested areas- only kitchen and sometimes bathroom. 2 sprays and only did kitchen and bath. Only change after spray was an increased infestation. Return visits not regular. Posted notice on my door prior to returning my keys and telling me when I could go home. No confidentiality. Blew me off if I tried to tell him of anything new.
