I am very thankful for the prompt quality service provided by Fortress Windows and Doors. I had a window installed by another company about one month ago. Unfortunately the window was not properly installed which delayed my bathroom renovation. I contacted Fortress………. and talk about excellent service! I explained that my renovation will be delayed if I don’t get the window problem fixed. They advised me that they had a crew working not too far from my address and they may be able to help me out when they finish the job they were at. Sure enough I get a call from Richard who told me they would come out when they were done. Steve, Richard and Andy came out later that afternoon. Steve checked out the window and commenced to level and realign the window and recap the aluminum trim. I am extremely grateful that Fortress made the effort to come out to help me in the late afternoon of the day I called. Besides doing a fantastic job with the window they are genuinely nice people. I highly recommend Fortress Windows and Doors.

Hey Tim, thanks for the review. It can be so disappointing when you hire a "professional" to do a job and you get a "handyman" experience. I see this happen all the time unfortunately. I've even had people who got an estimate from Fortress and then chose another company to do the work, they call me up to help them fix all the problems left behind by the other company! We like to think we are genuinely nice people...haha, and it goes a long way when dealing with people in a way that is friendly and approachable. We were glad we could help you out of a bind!
