We had replaced 11 windows in our home, including 1 bay window about 3 weeks ago. Steve was wonderful to work with and very prompt at answering and responding to calls. The installation team was good but the craftsmanship could have been better. There was recently an issue with one of the windows but with one call Steve came the next day to take a look at it.
Reason why it was a 9/10 was due to craftsmanship not being as consistent as it could be (had to ask the installation team to do touch-ups and fixes after they finished - which they did) and cleanup not being as well as expected. Overall, would recommend Fortress Windows and Doors - especially if you have Steve as your salesperson!
