Wentworth Plumbing Inc

Have been with this company from way back in 2012. They used to send plumbing teams that were competent, with good manners. They had good customer service and response times. Over the last 2 years that has all dropped away. No more receptionist it's just the plumber answering calls, the response time is abysmal and invoicing is a mess with them losing invoices and blaming the client. We now end up calling to get the same issues fixed multiple times. Will not use again.
