These are good, honest people. This is the second time that I have used this company - first time was in the Spring for a refrigerator. Both times Kevin was the technician. I like to be home whenever there is a repair tech at our house, mostly to get a better understanding of how things work, get answers to any questions that I have, and also to see if I am being taken for a ride.
