We have a 3 year old Samsung fridge that is a lemon. Kevin has been amazing and has gone above and beyond for us in regard to this issue. We very much appreciate the prompt, friendly, and fair service we have received from ASX. I would not hesitate to call them for any repairs.

When it comes to appliances that we have seen issues with in the field our technicians let you know up front what may happen with future repairs and let you decide how you want to proceed. We do not pressure our customers to repair the appliance if we have seen that future repairs are expected.
