• Quote price was competitive ... met all their commitments and the actual cost was as per quote.
• Good / clear / timely /polite communication (site evaluation, quote & follow up emails, and on the job)
• Showed up on time with their crew of hard working professionals and got right down to business
• Demonstrated practical problem solving on the fly for issues at my older home that highlighted their depth of industry experience and craftsmanship.
• Very satisfied with the quality of the work done and site cleanup.
• Never having dealt with, or known of, Those Roofers before clearly they lived up to the vast majority of positive / high scoring recommendations on the independent Home Stars renovations web site
