I had a leak in one of the roof vents which caused damage to bathroom ceiling. Twin Peaks was great. Ben responded promptly to my inquiry, even invited me up to the attic to see the problem first hand (which I appreciated). Estimate was clear and fair. Finished the work promptly and upon completion showed me pics of the entire repair proces (whichI greatly appreciated). And when they sent invoice they also included all the pics from repair. They took the mystery out of what was going on up there completely. Would highly recommend.

Thanka Charles, most problems are easy to diagnos, but most people arent willing to dig deep into the attic, especially on a hot day. Alot of roof issues are related to condensation, when there is a hot air release(in the winter) freezing will take place, this rotts the wood (roof deck) over time, which sags the roof and then water starts to fall into the attic. Im glad we were able to fix the issue, we love roofing in the Orchard in Burlington as our office is right down the steet.
