We wholeheartedly recommend Masumi Landscaping! Wade, his son Karim, and Delbert are an awesome team, hard-working, pleasant and courteous! Wade rescued us from a disaster that two previous contractors left us with, their work crumbling apart after only two years. His team had to remove everything, redesign and rebuild from scratch. They completely reconstructed our front walkway, side walkway, redesigned a small front garden, and extended steps at the kitchen sliding doors, all done in three days! Wade has over 20 years of experience and the end result is evidence of that! We are so grateful that we found the BEST! Thanks Wade!

We had Wade and his son work on a 10-year-old retaining wall in our backyard that had developed a terrible lean to it. The guys had to deconstruct the wall to the ground and relevel/rebuild it. They also reconstructed a matching planter over at a new location.
Unlike other companies, they were very quick to respond with a quote, arrived on time, worked really hard and did the entire project in one day. The cost was reasonable and we are VERY satisfied with the result. We would highly recommend them to anybody.

After I year he needed to do repairs 3rd year unsafe to walk on it....I had different contractor completely redo the job . He completely ignored my calls...There is reason he offers 2 year warranty on his work.

Joints in flagstone are breaking up and falling out.
Refuses to come and take a look at it or make repairs.
Work was completed 2years ago. Contacted by his email to come and look at what has happened but to no avail.

Beautiful work 1200 square feet patio and walkways corrected grading. Landscaping 3 gardens He looked at our yard listened to what we were looking for and created it. Efficient pleasant neat finished under time estimate, would not hesitate to recommend Wade and team

Called Wade to come and look at it. He arrived promptly gave some ideas and then gave me the quote. Even though it was a small job he showed up the next week and got it done. Looks great. We have used Masumi on 4 different projects now and all of the work looks great and was done in a very timely manner and as quoted. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant, efficient, on time, respectful, very organized and clean up was immaculant. Interacted well with our children and any family guest who arrived to visit. We had an urgent pool project and Wade was here that day to support!

Wade and Masumi Landscaping had done two previous jobs for us and we were completely satisfied, so for this job we did not hesitate to have him do the work. WE were not disappointed in the least. Wade took our ideas, added his own touches and the result was spectacular. The work was done in the most professional and timely manner and the price was the best. From the first meeting we knew Wade and his team were the people we wanted for this job. Our front steps had pulled away from the porch and the steps had become unsafe.

Wade sized up the work to be done using existing materials, mostly, and had his 'vision' of how our steps and walkway should look in the end. He does not do drawings but is very good at describing his plan and keeping you informed throughout the process.
The end result is so much better than what we had for many years.
He and his team are all friendly and sociable and great to have around.
The major bonus really was that he promised to re-build our 6 steps and a landing area and redo a side walkway in 3 days.....and they did!! Highly unusual! They were here early, worked steadily thro the day, cleaned up well each day and went home late! What a great work ethic!!

Having been completely satisfied with the first job Wade did for us, we have called upon Masumi Landscaping for two more jobs around our house. We would not consider hiring anyone else.
Wade has very creative, efficient and logical plans that are backed up by top quality workmanship. Work is completed on time and on budget. He has now transformed both the front and back of our house which adds value, curb appeal and for us, increased pride in ownership. So impressed, a neighbour has called upon his services.
