Piper Plumbing was recommended to us by another contractor who was working on our home at the time. We trusted their recommendation and were happy with the work done, although we had a couple minor service issues. The only criticisms I have are that the start times for the project could have been better communicated to us. On another day, the crew failed to show up, but never called to let us know. The price ended up being a bit more than we had expected, but we needed the job done quickly and well (which it was), so in the end we were't too concerned. Overall, we would definitely recommend Piper Plumbing to our family and friends.

Thanks Kim , yes defiantly better communication from me as a owner , I am also in the office and same time in the field. We are at a growing curve now where help in the office for bookings and communicating with customers on a higher level is in the process.
