Mark and Gord from Brooklin Blinds and Shutters were fantastic. What started as a small project with multiple phases turned into a single project and we couldn't be more happier. From the initial web form to the measuring and installation, everyone was professional and helpful in selecting our style and configuration. Our budget was kept. The results are fantastic. The entire house is brighter and looks great.

My wife called Brooklin Blinds for a quote and instantly wanted to buy. I called around for other quotes and based on price, personality and manufacturer of the blinds, my wife was right (she tells me she is always right) . Mark and his team were amazing, professional, efficient and above all else, cost effective. We could not be happier with our shutters and the roll up blind on the sliding door. We no longer live in a fishbowl thanks to Brooklin Blinds.
I am not an easy person to please, and Mark surpassed all of my expectations. I highly recommend him. He even vacuumed and washed my floors on his way out, talk about service!

Mark and his team are the best in the business. I called Mark for an estimate and had him come to my new build to measure the windows for Eclipse Shutters. Although the installation was a little more detailed than most due to the 2x4 constructed walls, the installation was perfect. The installation was done on our moving day and with 18 windows to install shutters on Mark and his team were in and out within 2 hours. Very accommodating and professional.

I saw the reviews on this site and wanted someone local. I contacted Mark, within minutes he responded and I had an estimate right away that evening. Within a few days he met with me to measure and provided a date for installation. The turnaround time was within a few weeks and installation was complete. Mark was friendly and professional, the installation team were friendly, on time, fast and efficient. The value was unbeatable and I love the results! Mark was very thorough and the customer service was awesome. This company is like a well oiled machine that gets things done quickly, efficiently and keeps you informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Brooklin blinds and shutters and Hunter Douglas Eclipse Shutters. I am a very happy customer!
