They did a fabulous job throughout start to finish. From quote to finishing and follow up- Mark and Gord were really great! The quote was amazing compared to others- half the price and the shutters are high quality Eclipse shutters. Installation and support from Mark was outstanding. Even with one measuring mistake- it was quickly fixed by Mark himself and I couldn't be happier.

To this day I am very pleased with the quality of this product and its look. Almost two years since the day of installation, a tiny plastic pin on a shutter lifting assembly broke off, most like due to my inattention while adjusting the louvers. After one call to Mark, he sent out one of his salesmen to replace the broken part and to provide few spares - all at no charge. That's what I call after-sales service! Kudos to the company's owner and his staff. They deserve to be highly recommended by this happy customer!
