Day & Knight Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

I have used Day and Knight plumbing on several occasions to:
- replace inside shutoff and replace outdoor taps
- replace pressure regulating valve
- replace drain valve on hot water tanks (2)
- replace leaking toilet with new low volume unit
and most recently they replaced our water softener system. Day and Knight Plumbing and Heating Ltd. provides excellent advise, are highly competent and use quality systems and components. I think their labour costs are very competitive. They give me confidence that they will stand behind their work and do the little extras that make it easy to do business with them.

The furnace in our office space conked out for a few days and left half of our showroom freezing cold. We called Day & Knight this morning and they were able to come same day just a few hours later! This isn't the first time we've used them (we use them for everything now because they're awesome!) but they're consistently amazing, so I thought I should finally leave a review. Matthew showed up to help us and was fantastic. He was prompt, courteous, very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. He explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it as he worked, and was in and out in less than an hour. Rates are super duper reasonable. You simply can't get better service for your money.

Outstanding service from Ted and team. Reliable, friendly and very capable. Nice to have hot water again!

I discovered that the hose bib in my unheated garage was leaking on Sunday and on Monday morning I called a few plumbing companies listed on the BBB website. The first two companies I called were unable to send anyone until Thursday and the next week respectively. I then called Knight Plumbing. They were able to send a plumber out the next day and gave me my choice of a morning or afternoon appointment.

Ted and Matt are excellent. They came onsite the day when our hot water tank was leaking, provided an estimate and was there the next day with a new tank. They work fast, extremely knowledgable and met my expectations.

Would recommend them for any servicing or plumbing rough in work!

Ken was great and I would recommend Day and Knight to anyone looking for prompt, knowledgable, professional and friendly work. The job was done quickly and correctly. We will be calling Ken and Day and Knight for all our future work! No need to look around - call Day and Knight!

Ted was recommended by friends and met our expectations right from the first phone call. The estimate for the work was done quickly and the tanks were replaced within the week. They also checked over the equipment in the furnace room and fixed a couple of things that were in need of repair. The old tanks and all the mess was cleaned up and taken away. Thanks Ted!
