Ted at Day and Knight responded to a call late in the evening, offered immediate advice and fitted me into his busy schedule the next day. He also offered options at various costs. I'll be using him again and am happy to recommend Day and Knight.

Ted has been to my home on a few occasions over the last three years to fix burst pipes, a wonky garburator, remove and replace faulty grey pipe in my basement, and install a new water softener. All in I would estimate total work done would be about $4000. His most recent visit was for a very minor problem to adjust the valve that regulates the water pressure in my home. It took him 10 minutes however Ted took time out of his busy day to accommodate me on a next day basis and as usual, arrived when promised. It was such a small job he was not even going to charge me had I not insisted on something which tells you something about this gentleman. I cannot say enough good things about this company and I have referred friends and co-workers. Once you give Day and Knight Plumbing a call, you will never use another plumber.

another company had been out said it was toilet and seal fixed toilet new toilet also cost 900 but next day still had leak knight came and located leak fixed half the price Daniel was great

Ted is amazing!! I needed two new toilets and he fit me right in, and finished in less time than quoted. I was super stressed about getting this done, and put it off for longer than i should have so it was wonderful to meet someone who knows so much and was super informative. It was comfortable to have him in the house. (a big deal for me). I'm almost looking forward to having plumbing issues in the future! thanks Ted! I'd give more stars than 10

This is the 2nd time we've had Daniel come. He was not only polite & courteous but very professional even when everything seemed to go sideways. He kept his cool and figured out the problem. I also found he had some really great suggestions on how to care for my appliances in the future. I'll definitely keep his card and will feel very confident calling him in the future for any other plumbing problems. Thanks Dan! You are appreciated.

Ted is a very reliable, and on-time plumber, who has been serving our family and rental tenants for several years. We have recommended him to several friends, all of whom has been happy!

Matt from Day & Knight Plumbing and Heating Ltd. arrived exactly when he said he would and was very pleasant and informative in regards to our questions and concerns for the work that needed to be done. We had used a company the day before to service our furnace as it was acting strange and the employee that came to fix it spent 10 minutes on the furnace and charged 199.00 for what he called a performance tune up and 60.00 for the service call. If we had known that Day & Night serviced furnaces the day before we would definitely had called them especially with the awesome work that was done by Matt. We were also quoted more than double from several other plumbing companies for the work we requested than what we paid Day & Knight. We WILL be using this company for future repairs / reno's.

The serviceman came when he said he was going to and he called when he was on his way. He quickly got to the job and had it done much faster than expected. He was friendly and efficient. The job was done a few weeks ago and we are very happy with the results.

I had a kitchen and bathroom faucet replaced by Matthew. He was friendly and right on time. I'm not a plumbing expert but I'd say the work was done in reasonable time. I paid almost exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I will be using their services in the future - satisfied overall.
