The guys were great, very personable and did a great job of my windows inside and out! They were on time and finished the job within the alotted appointment time. I have had 2 other companies do my windows in the past and I would only re-book with Men In Kilts and have told others to book with them!

I also had my window screens cleaned, makes no sense to me to have sparkling windows (and they do sparkle so) and dirty screens. I really enjoyed having Richard come and do my windows. He is friendly, thorough and meticulous in his work. He pointed out things that I was not aware of (some defects in my windows) that I appreciated. Now I can get them repaired hopefully. He made sure that I knew exactly what was going to be done and how much it would cost. I was also impressed that the telephone estimate was pretty much close on to the actual one that Richard did before we (I mean he) started work. The walk through at the end to check that everything was just so was great. Would I have Men In Kilts come again? Heck yes in a heart beat. My neighbours have now corralled him for an estimate. My windows are so clean I am in danger of walking through them not realizing that they are there!!! Thanks Richard. Sam & Julia

1. Great customer service - helped me to quickly schedule the window cleaning on the day I wanted.
2. The crew arrived on time, reviewed the job and gave me the price before they started working - so I knew exact amount which, by the way, was lower than estimate provided by phone when I was scheduling the service.
3. The job was done quickly and the quality of the work work is really good.
4. Chris and Brad were very nice, good communicators and indeed put a smile on my face (even though I didn't think it was possible that day)
5. I was so happy with the service that I already scheduled the next service.

I was very impressed with the actual work done - the windows look amazing! However, I was not happy with the discrepancy between the quote and actual price. The woman who gave me the quote spent a lot of time finding out how many windows we had and what size. I walked around the entire house and gave her an exact count WITH measurements. She gave me a $50 range in the quote. When the man came to do the job, he said it would be almost $50 higher than the highest end of the quote. I told him that I had spent a lot of time giving the woman a count AND measurements so she knew the sizes of all the windows and her quote should have been fairly accurate (especially with a $50 gap for cushion). He would not budge and had to have known that a customer would not likely turn him away when he was there, ready to do the work. I didn't think that was very good business. As I said at the beginning though, he did do a good job of cleaning the windows.

We have used your company (originally Window Works) for many years. We always have a good experience. The young men were efficient and courteous. We will continue to use several of your services. It was too windy and rainy to have the outsides of the windows done this time. They will be done at the end of the month.

I just had my exterior windows & gutters cleaned along with some pressure washing. Scott did an awesome job! He was very professional & thorough, friendly, with a big smile. He made the work look easy. Your booking staff was also great! She managed to fit my job in on very short notice. Thank you so much! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Billy was fabulous. I have always had a great experience when Men In Kilts have come to my home to clean windows. They are always friendly and extremely courteous. The same goes for the agents on the phone. The staff at Men In Kilts are great examples of how businesses should be run. By far the best customer service I have experienced in years. It is apparent that it is a culture that all the staff have adopted and they should all be proud.
