I used Men in Kilts for window cleaning even ought they were 30% more expensive than the last people who had cleaned my windows because I was able to book them at a time convenient for me to be home for the cleaning. The cleaner broke one of the window panes and part of the locking mechanism of another window. I also paid to have the sills and tracks cleaned which meant their was a lot of dirt left on my carpet. While they were prompt in arranging to have my window fixed at their expensive, it was a major inconvience for me to have to deal with waiting around first for someone to come measure the window and then for someone to come and install it. In addition, shards of glass were left on the deck below the broken window a piece of which I had the pleasure of having to remove from my three year old's hand. When I expressed my displeasure and insisted upon a discount the best they would offer was 15% off the cleaning because "we can't be responsible for the inconvenience this has caused". Will never be using their services again nor would I recommend them.
