New Roof

I found that the home I purchased 4 years ago did not have proper ventilation in the roof over the addition. I came home earlier this month to find water pour into the room under the roof (yikes)! I had some roofers look at the area and provide quotes and recommendations, I am so happy I choose to do business with Claw, they truly had it right from start to finish. I could have gone with a less expensive roofing quote but in the end I am sure there would have been unaccounted for costs (things what weren't mentioned that would have been found)... Claw told me up front what the extent of the problem was and what they expected to find, there was some variance between the original quote and final cost but not much. The work was carried out right away, clean up was exceptional, and I love my new roof. I have already recommended Claw to a friend and a family member. I believe you get what you pay for... I now have a roof covered for 10 years of workmanship and a high quality hail resistant product. Thank you Peter, Chris and crew!

Approximate cost of services:
$14,000.00

Company Response

Hi Maureen,

Thank you for taking the time and writing a review! You are exactly right, you do get what you pay for :).
Claw’s estimates will often not be the “cheapest” one out of the barrel. We do not believe in competing solely on price but mainly on quality. We do our work based on building code. To do this it costs more for us, for the higher quality products, more time for proper install, replacing old material and products, and absolutely no cutting corners. There’s been instances where we have not received a roofing job because of price, and that’s completely fine, that’s a decision that every consumer has the right to make. Anyways, the client went with the “cheaper” guys and then a couple years later we receive a call from the same clients. Their roof is leaking badly and they cannot find or get a hold of their “cheaper” roofers. Now the client needs to have their two year old roof replaced due to the damages incurred. It makes sense to me (as a consumer) to pay a little bit more for a better roof that’s installed properly, than to pay for two roofs in two years.
Maureen, I’m happy that you are so pleased with your new roof! And thank you for your referrals!
