Mark was over to do the duct cleaning. After initial inspection, I was informed that I didn't really need duct cleaning to be done. He showed me the pictures he had taken.
They completed the inspection and did basic cleaning and although I did pay a $150 inspection fee, it's good to know I'm dealing with an honest, ethical company.
Excellent technicians, courteous and professional.
