Unfortunately the duct cleaning company that I used before was fully booked so I gave Dave's Duct Cleaning a call and luckily they had an early opening. The first person I talked to was Stanley who was very friendly and helpful as he went over some details, took down my information, and booked the appointment.

I received an email ahead of time reminding me about the appointment along with a small checklist for me to go through as I prepared my house so it could be serviced properly.

The technicians Mark and Kevin were very courteous, clean and amiable. They answered any questions that I had with thorough knowledge and expertise. They took some pictures inside the ducts and showed them to me, there was a little pipe that was wedged in the air return but I told them not to kill themselves trying to get it out since it was kind of in an awkward position and its been there all these years. Next thing I know, they actually got it out and showed it to me. While they were cleaning up, I asked if we could check out one of the ducts to make sure the damper was in the open position and Mark had no problem with getting the inspection camera to check things out.
