Dave's was very through and did a great job. How do I know? I saw the before and after pictures. The technicians, Brendan and Scott respected my home and space, and they did exactly what they said they'd do.
I've had this service done in the past, I think through one of those group deals sites, but they didn't do the job. When I saw the before pictures from the crew at Dave's Duct Cleaning, it was clear to me that the last time it was done - it wasn't done. i paid for a glorified vaccuum job. The crew at Dave's brought in some serious equipment and they really got things looking brand new. They also inspected my furnace blower and AC coils and determined they did NOT need servicing, and showed me the pictures and explained why.
If you're hiring a Duct Cleaning service and they're in and out in a half hour or so, don't waste your time or money. This service takes a couple of hours to do well.
Oh, and they also just decided to change my furnace filter on their way out.
Excellent service. Polite and respectful technicians. Money well spent.
The owner followed up with me right away after the service to ensure that I was a satisfied customer.
When it's time to do this again, I'll be calling Dave's.
