Rick ordered parts to repair a low-quality fridge that I'd bought new two years prior. He installed the new parts but it didn't fix the fridge. I ended up buying a new fridge with a better warranty.
I'm giving Rick a top rating because he gave me a lot of his time, at least a few hours, tinkering with my fridge to fix it and then he charged me nothing. I've hired Rick in the past and I will continue to hire him and recommend him to friends and family.
