We purchased our Hot Tub from Polar Spa's and we were very satisfied with the quality of the tub. The fella's who had to intall it into our back yard had a challenge and was able to drive thier trailer with the hot tub between our home and fence with an inch to spare. Quite astonishing. Once they were able to install the tub we were giving good instruction and information. Two years later our tub had some issues and "Jeff" from the extended warrente department at Polar Spa's came and replaced the electrical panels, quickly and efficently. Also pointed out that we had cracks in our cover and "told" us it was covered under warrente. We did not ask. So that is something I am happy to say. He did his job well and also advised more than he "could have". Extended Warrente is more but worth it in the long run. :)
