I am frustrated beyond belief with this company. The service they provide to customers paying big money for hottib is atrocious. I have had my hot tub repaired 4 times, and each time requires 4-6 copies of the sales agreement, numerous follow up calls, and always, no one calls back. People, stay away from this company. They will push you to the brink of insanity.

Hot Tub

Swimming Pools, Spas & Hot Tubs review in Edmonton

I understand people's frustration with Polar Spa's warranty/repair. They are no different than any other company. The hot tub industry in general has had record selling years lately, but providing staff for repair and warranty has been a challenge. I own a polar spas tub and I really enjoy it. They have repaired my tub three times, and the service has improved 100%. I would recommend polar spas for the simple fact they sell a great hot tub and you can deal with repair/warranty issues over the phone.
