He is a true professional in his field! This morning, Ric was able to provide us with information using his infra-red tools, to detect the source of the leak and ALSO provide us with reputable and reliable company's that will provide warranty on their work. The recommended contractor got back to us within two minutes of leaving a message ( on a Saturday) the repairs are scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, and we will have a tenant back in the unit by the end of this month! Ric is a Rental Property owners dream come true! We will hire him again and again, and have referred to all our friends and relatives!
