Sam Bigelow was referred to us from a friend who also used him for a project on their home. Since my first contact with Sam Bigelow, he exceeded my expectations with his professionalism and consistent follow ups. He was really great with walking through the project, explaining all details of work that needed to be done and providing us with an email quote that was nicely drafted breaking down all expenses and supplies needed. Sams crew were amazing, we left them access to the house while at work and we had no issues, the crew also cleaned up after every day leaving no mess which was a great touch. Sams craftsmanship was impeccable, the washroom details were stunning. After completing our washroom renovation Sam has been our primary contractor, he has also done other work in the house including drywall and minor updates.
