I recently had my condo renovated and bought a new couch, chair, ottoman and wall accessory from Urban Barn. From the outset the service was excellent. Our main sales associate, Susan, was very personable, accommodating, patient and knowledgeable. Each employee we interacted with was great to deal with. The time frame for the 6-8 week delivery was met as well. Overall, a very positive experience.
