From the very start, looking at the damage, Aiad gave us an honest assessment of what we might be looking at, what he thought was the reason for the damage in the first place, and how he would avoid a repeat. He provided us with a detailed quote itemizing all the work that would be done and materials that would be used, along with a range allowing for the extent of damage that might be uncovered underneath. Aiad and his team are a competent, efficient, and focused group who accomplished the task of remodeling our home with a new stucco exterior and molding finish. Though the task at hand seemed large, with all four sides of the house being remodeled, Aiad was able to finish the task with impeccable timing, only taking 2 and a half weeks to complete.
