Well ...we did not expect this!!! Aiad and his team were FANTASTIC ! They start the work 2 weeks earlier than agreed,and every morning at 7 am they were on site ready for work. The job was finalize in 4 days instead of 1 week.
Excellent communication and follow up was prompt.
Emails were responded right away. We love our new house and we recomend Aiad and his team to everybody.

From the very start, looking at the damage, Aiad gave us an honest assessment of what we might be looking at, what he thought was the reason for the damage in the first place, and how he would avoid a repeat. He provided us with a detailed quote itemizing all the work that would be done and materials that would be used, along with a range allowing for the extent of damage that might be uncovered underneath. One other company I contacted wouldn’t even give a written quote unless we signed a contract!

Seeing the work in progress and the completed job, I can see that Aiad and his crew care about doing the finest work, right down to making sure our gardens were protected, and everything was completely cleaned up. I have great confidence that the stucco will last as long as we’re living in our home, and for many years beyond.
