Aiad and his team surpassed all expectations. The arrived at our home every morning by 7:30am (in Thornhill from Mississauga). They worked through awful weather, including snow and strong winds. They delivered not only a phenomenal job, but also displayed a high level of professionalism throughout. They not only met our budget, they also completed the project a little earlier than planned, despite the weather. One of our windows broke in the area his team was working, because of the tarp and strong wind. Aiad took care of the window seamlessly; at no point did we feel the impact because it was taken care of so quickly.
The customer service Aiad provided made our experience with him unforgettable, and will be the reason that we recommend him to all of our contacts. He made sure we were comfortable with everything along the way by checking in at various times, sharing his advice and following through on our wishes. There was one area that was stucco'd in a way that was different than what we preferred, Aiad went back to that area, removed it, and did it over again.
