Aiad was very helpful from our first meeting to the end result and went over everything we needed to do with regards to the electrical, fencing and what could be done on the house based on what we did or didn't do. Based on the area of the house, he tailored what they did based on what we wanted. We decided to stucco the outside of our house as we had no insulation on the main floor of our house. They did a great job from applying 2 inches of styrofoam to the brick and also to the existing particle board.

We also wanted counterflashing overtop of step flashing as it was recommended by our aluminum company. Aiad from Cosmopolitan Construction worked with the roofing company, oversaw everything and sealed off the counterflashing to apply the styrofoam on top. We also had an old hydro pipe that we wanted to remove from the 1st floor roof that Aiad suggested removing as it was no longer necessary. Aiad helped the roofing guys with the removal of the hydro pipe as well. 4 guys worked very diligently for 12 hours a day for many days and the final result looks great. Our neighbours were very impressed with the final result and also asked for a quote as well. A very pleasant surprise is either the 2 inches of styrofoam and/or the stucco decor around the windows have reduced the noise level coming into the house from the outside, which we appreciate very much.
