Throughout the years, I have done many renovations to our house and hardly completed any reviews as I have not felt 100% satisfied. It was different with the Cosmopolitan team. My family is 100% satisfied with the way our house looks today.
Aiad and his team were absolutely outstanding! They showed up every morning at 7am, worked throughout the day without wasting any time and completed their day at 7pm or longer. I was aware of every step of the project and Aiad did not feel bothered when I asked questions. He was always available to share his knowledge and expertise. Aiad and his crew were professional, respectful, knowledgeable about the project, careful with our property and mindful about neighboring properties as well. At the end of each day they kept the place clean and safe for my family.
Initially, I was very anxious about the entire project and exterior color of stucco/stone but I was reassured and given advice from Aiad and his team when needed. I was never pushed to any rushed decisions and felt supported by the Cosmopolitan team. They finished stucco on our house as promised and went above and beyond with finishing touches.
Aiad (the owner) takes pride in his work, he demonstrates excellent skills in stucco and I could see how much joy he was getting from making us happy with the new look of our house. My family is grateful! I would highly recommend the Cosmopolitan Construction Inc.!
