Ylber did an amazing job on our bathroom! This was our first big renovation - Ylber was so helpful from the very beginning with organizing/advising our complete bathroom reno and we had great communication throughout the entire project. He and his assistant were always prompt, professional, easy to work with, and very efficient. Happily, as we only have one bathroom in our condo unit, everything was completed ahead of schedule. Ylber works hard & cares about his work - he was here every day to work on our reno himself and we're thoroughly impressed with his craftsmanship - especially the floor & bath tiles, which look incredible! We love our new bathroom!! We will definitely be contacting Hidri Contracting for our future projects.

When I bought my home in Whitby, I knew that because of the mold in the grout that I had to completely renovate the bathroom. I got YLbet's name from another contractor I had used years ago. He gave me a very detailed quote outlining all the work to be done. He began work shortly after I approved the job. They did an amazing job and the bathroom is beyond even my expectations. I am so happy with the bathroom and the quality of all the workmanship. They are so nice to work with, I felt like it was a family member doing the work. I wish I could upload a picture so you could see how nice everything is. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

Many thanks to Ylber and his team for a fantastic job on my main bathroom renovation. I had scheduled a number of in-home visits and among those I interviewed, Ylber was the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Ylber took the time and care to talk through my options and offered a number of suggestions to reduce costs while maintaining aesthetic quality. He is direct and has a high degree of dedication to his work.

In particular, I had a complicated tile patterns I wanted. Ylber said no problem and spent days ensuring the pattern had the exact visual effect I wanted. In another instance, he went through the painstaking detail to ensure the corner tiles were sawed down at an angle, this prevented me from having to have some unsightly exposure at the edges where the walls meet. I’ve seen a number of jobs where this wasn’t done.

Ylber takes pride in his work. A week after the job was done, the shower didn’t settle right. So he came to my home on a Sunday evening (the only time I was available) and spent hours ensuring everything was completely straight and aligned.

My house is now a model home. The work is so beautiful and looks so modern. I'm very happy with the work. The quality is extremely high and I know I will have no issues. Ylber is an amazing contractor and you can be assured he will do an amazing job. So happy I got him to do the work and kept adding work for him to do.

I met with about four potential contractors and selected Ylber Hidri because myself and my tenant felt like he was straightforward, honest and clear. I live overseas, so we had to do most of the business by email and photos, with my tenant checking on the physical build. Through the entire process, Hidri was polite, clear, gave me options, flexible. There were a few small finishing details that we didn't like and he came back and fixed those, no problem. A really nice guy, very trustworthy, and he is a skilled builder. If I do work in the future, he will be my automatic choice. It was nice to have this managed from the other side of the world and not have to worry!

We had Ylber & his crew finish our basement and are pleased with the work that was done. We even increased the scope of the work by renovating our powder room & laundry at the same time and Ylber was able to complete the entire work on schedule. And we were always kept informed on when to expect different trades people and more importantly Ylber was always reachable via phone/text. We had pulled a permit for the basement work and Ylber was completely comfortable in working with the city inspectors to ensure work was upto building code. We would recommend Hidri Contracting to all home owners looking to do small/major renovations.

I had Ylber renovate a basement bathroom and laundry room, as well as update our kitchen with a modern Caesarstone countertop with new modern sink and backsplash. Ylber and his team far exceeded my expectations. The total cost of the work was exactly what he quoted, which is unheard of in Toronto. He also finished everything quicker than I expected- 1-1/2 weeks vs. 3 weeks - they were focused on the job and did not stop the entire days they were working. There were a few issues that he problem solved brilliantly and I was quite impressed with how everything turned out. I have used a couple of good contractors before him, but would not hesitate to use Ylber again. Considering the cost of work, the quality of work, the time to finish it, and his ability to problem solve, I couldn't recommend him more highly, and have already recommended him to a couple of friends.

Sara Elizabeth Centre is a non profit charity and we had our culinary kitchen installed on a limited budget. Every penny counted and Ylber ensured that we got the best in quality of work and service. He ensured that everything was installed according to code and accommodated our schedule so that their was no interruption of our daily programs. He maded himself available at all times - day or night and even weekends! He understood the importance of making our kitchen safe, functional and aesthetically appealing. He did a great job!
