Dennis and his colleagues spent three days painting a bunch of rooms and hallways throughout my house. They were friendly and professional, and Dennis even gave me advice on my carpet installation, and promised to come back if my carpet meant paint needed a touchup. Every room looks great, they cleaned up nicely, and finished the job on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use Let's Remodel again.

I met with about four potential contractors and selected Ylber Hidri because myself and my tenant felt like he was straightforward, honest and clear. I live overseas, so we had to do most of the business by email and photos, with my tenant checking on the physical build. Through the entire process, Hidri was polite, clear, gave me options, flexible. There were a few small finishing details that we didn't like and he came back and fixed those, no problem. A really nice guy, very trustworthy, and he is a skilled builder. If I do work in the future, he will be my automatic choice. It was nice to have this managed from the other side of the world and not have to worry!

Royal Roofing was fantastic. I am an out of country landlord, and they handled everything very cleanly, quickly and with great service. I met them for the estimate. They went up to the roof and took pics for me. I asked them about re-roofing my dying garage as well, and they told me not to bother, which made me have confidence that they do not try to up-sell. I was out of the country during the work, but my tenant said the work was fast and trouble-free. A few days later, my neighbour informed me that there was one piece of eavestrough that needed fixing. I emailed Royal and they went the next day and fixed it, and even sent me photos. I would highly recommend their work. Honest, friendly and trouble-free.
