C Plus Roofing

My 16 year old roof was damaged following a strong wind storm in early November. I researched and invited three companies to quote a price to replace my roof. Jacky arrived within 3 hours of my call and provided assurance (instant relief!) that he would be able to replace the roof before the colder weather arrived (within the week). I was immediately impressed with C Plus' website, video and brochure which were quite informative and these proved to be an early indicator of the company's professionalism and workmanship. Jacky's quote was the most reasonable and his no-nonsense description of the steps he would take was consistent with my understanding of the industry's recommended practice. Once we discussed and agreed on some minor details, his team arrived on site three days later. His team of six took care to protect windows and doors from debris and placed tarps around the house. His team arrived promptly, worked efficiently and their actions clearly demonstrated that they knew what they were doing. As old shingles were being stripped, broken planks were being replaced. New roof vents were added at no extra cost. I was impressed with the team's attention to detail - shingles in the roof valley were cut in perfect alignment and the new flashings and caulking looked great. At the end of the work, the team took time to ensure that the site was clean, that the eaves were clear and that my expectations for the work had been met. Jacky and his team are roofing professionals and I would, without reservation, hire them again based on my positive experience!
