C Plus Roofing

Jacky of C-Plus roofing came within hours of my calling to give an estimate on shingle replacement of my home and the price quoted is reasonable. I picked this company because Jacky is not just a salesman but a hands-on person who actually works with his team on the roof and his company has a BBB accreditation with a rating of A+. On the day of the work, Jacky and his team of 7 worked efficiently and completed the job on my small house in just over 4 hours. In addition to removal of 2 layers of old shingles and installation of new ones, for additional protection, they installed drip edges, ice and water shield above the eaves and underlayment on the remaining of the roof, plus replacement of the vents. They also replaced quite a few pieces of rotten wood on the roof deck. Afterwards, they did a throughout cleanup of my property and a few pieces of debris that strayed into my neighbour's yard. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to my friends and neighbours.

During the first thunderstorm after the roofing job, I found two of my downspouts blocked and water was pouring out of the eaves troughs. Thinking that this must be caused by debris from the job, I called Jacky. Within 30 minutes he came! Without hesitation, he climbed up the roof and checked. After removing the elbows of the downspouts and cleaning them out, the debris inside was mainly keys from maple trees with only a little bit of roofing debris. So the blockages were unlikely caused by roofing debris but nevertheless, Jacky clean them out for free. What a great service!
