Ecotech has changed my opinion towards working with contractors. Every step of my experience was handled expertly and with great customer care. From the sales pitch at my door, to the sales assessment meeting, the quote, final measurements, final installation, and amazing follow-up that's taken place. What an awesome team of pros! And the product is beautiful, the installation was a breeze and incredibly fast. Highly recommend Ecotech and their terrific team!

Ecotech had been doing a job around the corner from us and had taken to canvassing the neighbourhood. We had been considering doing some renovations and decided to have them come and assess our needs. They were detailed and succinct with everything they do. We signed the deal and they custom fit all of the replacement windows and doors we were getting done.

On the day of the work, which was yesterday to the day Im writing this review, and they had said they would arrive between 9-11am. At ten minutes to nine they arrived with a team of people ready to do the work. And boy did they work. We had nine windows and two doors, front main door and back sliding door, replaced. They were done by 12:20 and the work was impeccable. It was truly impressive to see how well they all worked together and got it all done and cleaned up in such a minimal amount of time, cutting out all of the existing windows and doors, correcting for the poor builders of this house having not filled adequate insulation around our windows, and then installing all of their custom replacements.

Weve had plenty of contractor work done before and often are left with something unsatisfactory with the experience or the work. This was the total opposite. We cannot recommend Ecotech highly enough. Simply amazing and it all came from a knock on our door.

We had nine windows replaced earlier this year.
The installation crew that came out were really awesome. Although they spoke broken English (from Ukraine, which really meant a lot to me considering the geopolitical crisis) we had a great chat during the short time they took a break.
Prior to that, the employee who came out to get specific measurements of the windows was equally as great and showed up on time during an ice storm (which I didn't expect at all and wouldn't ever suggest happen).
I recently had a chance to catch up with the owner of Ecotech, Mark, and that meant a lot to me. We had such a great chat today that I wanted to write a review, which I barely ever do, due to lack of time.
I think what makes a great business is when management shows how much it values its customers and Mark pulls through the finish line on all accounts!

Everyone from ecotech was super nice and friendly, I love the windows, everything from our initial consultation to installation went smoothly. Highly recommend ecotech.
