We were very impressed with the professionalism of this company and the quality of both the product and the installation. Our living room looks so complete now. We have already recommended them to our neighbours!

4 windows replaced for originals 1963. Noticed immediately less draft around windows and less outside noise.
One suggestion on kitchen window locks. If counters are infront of windows you would need a ladder to unlock top lock before being able to open window.

We really love EchoTech Windows. The guys were professional and did an awesome job. I recommend EchoTech to anyone who wants custom windows. The windows are high quality and the job was well done.

The windows are nice and I think a good value for the money! I did not like the estimator at all. He was full of himself and very pushy. First impressions are important. But I liked the product so I went with them. Windows look fabulous - the installer came when expected and was done within 3 hours! Overall, I’m happy.

I had my bow window and master bedroom windows replaced. The installers were earlier than expected and that was great. They were fast and efficient and very polite. There was no mess left behind at all. The windows are very easy to operate and I no longer feel the cool air coming in.

We found out about this company after some serious Google searching to find a good company with great reviews to replace all the windows on our century old home. The existing windows were extremely old, lots of them broken and only a couple actually opened! We wanted to bring back and refurbish the old charm this house once had but also make updates it desperately needed.
The rep (David) was very knowledgeable of their high-standard products and made it easy for us to decide on our window style, etc. Any question I had pre-install day was answered politely and promptly. The real MVPs of this project was the install team. Quick, lots of attention to detail, efficient, honest and friendly. We would recommend EcoTech and their amazing install team (lead by Vitaliy) time and time again.

I had Ecotech Windows and Doors provide me with a quote for replacing I got my windows and doors and was impressed immediately. The sales professional was prepared, had samples and took the time to answer every question that I had. He was patient and understood my concerns and questions.

Once the order was placed, I was kept up to date on the progress of my window/door manufacturing through email right up until the day before installation.

Vitaliy and his cress of installers arrived in time, with masks on, introduced themselves and began work right away. They took the time lay down sheets to protect my flooring, kitchen counters and sinks. They were incredibly polite and efficient. If I asked a question, they were more than willing to answer my questions.

The entire time they were here, not once did they stop for a break or take time to chat. They were more concerned about disturbing my daughters homeschooling.

After the installation, Vitaliy took the time to walk me through and show me all of the windows and ensure that I was happy with everything. He made sure that his crew cleaned up the mess and that there wasn’t a spec of debris left.

I would highly recommend this company. There work is impeccable.
