Ecotech Windows & Doors

We had Ecotech windows install 15 windows. We found everyone very pleasant to work with. Richard the salesman was very helpful as well as the installers who worked hard and cleaned up very nicely.

I am editing my Review and Ecotech will have the opportunity to explain.

1. Windows - Good quality, installation good with no mess left behind.
2. Door - Great quality and look, installation good with no mess left behind.
3. Commitment - Questionable - If you deal with Windows and Doors, it's fine. If you ask Siding or Capping, be careful they might not be able to deliver it. It was what happened with me and my next door neighbor (job referred by me). Didn’t deliver what was agreed giving so many excuses until finally, they called asking for payment.
4. Client care – Poor (almost none). They need to improve it a lot. They did not deliver what we agreed and to solve the problem, I got a discount to fix it. So, now it’s my problem.

As per my experience, 4 of 10 is a good rate for Ecotech.

We're very pleased with our new windows and everyone we dealt with during the process from Alex who quoted the job to Andrew and his installation crew. Andrew and the other installers were great guys to deal with, friendly and obliging with my few requests. They ensured both indoors and out were clean of debris. There was a slight hiccup with a screen after the job was complete but Andrew responded within minutes of me contacting him and provided a solution. I'd have no problem recommending this company !

Love the door. The installers did a beautiful job. They really knew their stuff. Great caulking job, neat as a pin. The only thing I would criticize is the length of time since I ordered, until the installation. I ordered the door on the 10th of August, and the first install date was December 23 witch was not convenient for us so it was put off until January. The salesman told us "you should have it by the end of September". As I was not in a terrible hurry, the delay was not a real big deal. That aside, the door looks and operates perfectly.

Installation so far seems to be very good. Time will tell. The time between signing the contract and the install showing up at the door was a nightmare.
- My install date was changed 3 times
- Install date written on contract was not met
- Phone calls were not returned
- Emails were not replied to
- I needed to call in as a new customer in order to have someone answer the phone.
- Its never their fault and there is always an excuse that you the customer have to live with.

I am absolutely satisfied with the EcoTech. Quality of the windows are really good. The installation crew was on time and Andrew, Valera and Mustafa were so friendly and they did everything in a precise way. I fully recommend Ecotech and this crew to everyone.

I had couple other estimates with other companies but Ecotech presented the best estimation. Installation was very smoth, Ecotech and Andrew's installation crew did a great job. They were on time and finished the job fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to go through great product quality and service

The worst service ever! In 3 months the door was installed instead of 6-8 weeks as was promised. The window was installed too, but the glass was brocken when installing. It was yet another month and I have one third of my order done, storm door is still is in my basement and broken glass still have not replaced. Thank you Ecotech and Happy New Year!

Over 3 months we researched several window companies and got several quotes. EcoTech was very competitive and in some cases came in over $10,000 lower than a competitor! The whole process was great from the quote to the install. Install was done mid winter and I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally the team worked and the clean-up after job done - excellent.

Don was very patient and quickly responded to any and all questions we had. We talked to several window companies over a 4 month span before we decided to go with Echotech. We did a lot of research into the quality of the product and warranty prior to making our final decision. The product is excellent and we have had a lot of complements from friends and neighbors on the Windows and doors installed on our house.
