I am editing my Review and Ecotech will have the opportunity to explain.
1. Windows - Good quality, installation good with no mess left behind.
2. Door - Great quality and look, installation good with no mess left behind.
3. Commitment - Questionable - If you deal with Windows and Doors, it's fine. If you ask Siding or Capping, be careful they might not be able to deliver it. It was what happened with me and my next door neighbor (job referred by me). Didn’t deliver what was agreed giving so many excuses until finally, they called asking for payment.
4. Client care – Poor (almost none). They need to improve it a lot. They did not deliver what we agreed and to solve the problem, I got a discount to fix it. So, now it’s my problem.
As per my experience, 4 of 10 is a good rate for Ecotech.
