Had the porch enclosure, door and window installed Aug 15/16. The porch enclosure storm door would not close all the way and other issues were to be corrected the next week. They never came when they said. They were to come and fix the above but every time they said they were coming they would stand me up. Someone did finally come about a 4 weeks ago at about 8:00 pm and could not fix the problem and just made more of a mess by drilling holes in the frame and top of the door and installed another pump that you have on the button and put it on the top. They thought that this would correct the problem. All this did was make the door very heavy. We told the echotech's employee that we did not want more holes in the frame and top of the door but he said this was his orders were. As soon as he left we went to open the door it felt like it weighed about 100 lbs! We ran out to see if we could get the guy to come back but he had already left the driveway. We called again the next day and told them the problem and now they are going to send the manager of the installers to see the problem. When he came he looked at the porch inclosure and screen door to what the problem is. After about 1/2 trying to fix it he said that it needs to be replaced. We called about a week or so later to find out when to expect the door and they said that it had not been ordered and that another manager is coming to look at the problems. The manager by the name of MARK came to my house and said the there was nothing wrong with the door and that this is how it is supposed to be! I told him that that is crazy and that I'm not stupid if you think I'm going to swallow that. He then said, Ok I'll leave then! I told him if he can just look at the door, how it does not close and all the holes in the door because of their other employee that tried to put in a pump. He said oh yes all 36 inch doors need a pump and that he will have another guy come and install the pump. He left on good terms but I did not feel right about the pump on the top and bottom of the screen door. I called the supplier for the doors and went all over asking if all 36 " doors need a pump? No one has ever heard of it. I called Mark Back to tell him that we did not want another pump on the top that it would be just to cover their mistake and that the door and frame are filled with holes from them trying all sorts of things to get the door to close. We would like the door replaced and the frame of the porch inclosure needs to be replaced as well. He then started to yell at me and said it would not happen and hung up! He called back the next day and said he will not replace the door and started to yell again and telling me that I'm nuts and all my neighbours all said I'm all ways complaining! They have no idea what has been going on! He then proceeded to yell at me at the top of his lungs and then he hung up again! We then got another call from the original installer that he will be coming to take my door away and part of the porch enclosure for about a week so they can fix or replace it!!!!!!! Help!!!! This has been going on since Aug 15/16.
