We ordered two doors, one was a 8 foot glass patio door and the other was a front door with decorative glass three quarter insert.
There were a few issue's of weather and travel distance that affected the installation.
The day of Installation the installers were delayed due to a heavy snowfall in the Toronto area were they had to pickup the manufactured materials and bring it to our residence west of Brantford.
They arrived and got right to work and replaced both doors, stayed late about 9 pm finishing in the dark. The next day we noticed that the patio door had a defect from where they had the glass panels manufactured. I called and within a week they arrived with a replacement.
I'm impressed with communication of the regional sales manager and the service manager. They solved the issues quickly. There products are of high quality with great service.
