First service call was for late Apr, tech guy, Eli, showed up on time, checked my range, gave me suggestions on repairs and what risk I may have, answered all my questions. Later, I decided to have it repaired. On May 19, Eli came again on time with parts. After spending like 1 hour or so, found out replacement does not work. He is very honest with the issue. Only charged me for the service visit. I did not have to pay for the parts he ordered. I will definitely recommend this company.

Clothes dryer repair; loose baffle in tub required tightening. Also tuned up belts and cleaned out lint.

My front loading washer wouldn't drain and go into final spin cycle.. Eli came out, trouble shooted the situation and found that the filter was plugged. Simple inexpensive fix, he was in and out in 30 min ...

Dennis came over on time and fixed dish washer in about a half a hour, works great. I would recommend this company, They were fast and efficient and courteous while being here.

My fridge is now 15years old, and was running but the fridge wasn't getting cold the lower freezer wasn't as cold as it should be. I called "Appliance Force" last Thursday late PM and the receptionist said they could fit an assassment in the next day between 10.00am and 1.00Pm. Dennis arrived at 11.00am and began diagnosing the problem, cleaned out the draining mechanism, as well as checked out the rest of the fridge, put every thing back together and tested the fridge. It took about 2 hours. It was a pleasure haveing Dennis in the house, he was very tidy,informed me what was happening and why and I now have a fridge working perfectly again when I thought I may have o buy a new one. Thank you Dennis.

Our tenant called to say the dryer wasn't working and Appliance Force was able to diagnose and fix in the same afternoon. They also showed us how to clean out the secondary lint trap to ensure the problem does happen again. The best part is that our tenants were happy with the timeliness and service quality. We would gladly have Elijah work on our appliances again.
